Silvia Mansi is Product Manager for PU beads and waterborne radiation curable resins at Lamberti SpA. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Milan (Università Statale di Milano), where she also gained international experience during her thesis work abroad. Since joining Lamberti in 2012, she spent ten years in the R&D lab specializing in waterborne and UV-curable technologies for CASE applications. Today, she combines her technical expertise with a market-driven approach to support the development and positioning of innovative additives and resins that enhance coating performance.
